This pharmacy and medical clinic project was completed in two carefully planned phases to ensure the existing pharmacy could remain operational with minimal disruption during construction. Maintaining business continuity while renovating an active medical space required precise scheduling, coordination, and safety planning.

The design focused heavily on maximizing the available square footage while maintaining comfort, efficiency, and accessibility. The final layout successfully incorporated four examination rooms, a compounding room, a spacious pharmacy area, reception space, and optimized patient circulation throughout the unit.

From design development and permitting to phased construction execution, the project was completed with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and client satisfaction. Our familiarity with municipal approvals and healthcare construction requirements allowed us to move quickly through inspections and complete the build efficiently without extended shutdown periods.
