Project Details

This was a full design and build coach house project where we handled everything from initial concept and permitting to final construction and inspections. The design was tailored specifically for the client’s family, with the intention of creating a comfortable and efficient living space.

Scope of work included structural modifications, new wall framing, roofing updates, plumbing for two full washrooms, and complete interior construction. Special attention was given to layout optimization to ensure that the space felt open and functional despite size constraints.

A standout feature was the custom staircase, designed and built to maximize usable space while maintaining a clean aesthetic. All inspections were passed smoothly and on time, and the project was completed efficiently with high-quality materials throughout.
