This renovation transformed an outdated home into a modern living space while the client continued to live on-site—requiring careful planning and phased execution.

Scope included:

• Flooring replacement in kitchen and washrooms and repairs

• Complete washroom renovations

• Removal of popcorn ceilings and refinishing

• Interior repainting

• Basement bar addition
